Laksa biaksa in the making... siapa nk recipe can write in.. hehehe..After seeing pictures of Irfan's birthday laksa, i suddenly developed a craving for laksa kedah/penang (which one is the one without petis and nenas??).. mana nak cari laksa kat UK ni.. so when i got to know my father is coming for his work with Oxford University, i took the chance to order all the laksa stuff (bunga kantan, daun kesum, serai, cili kering, laksa mee etc).. and today after a trip to the hospital for my ultrasound, i made laksa...
guna ikan sardine (fresh) and mackerel.. my sis in law suggest tuna tp i tak biasa so tak berani lagi.. maybe next time.. penat but it's definately worth it.. see the pix..
